Location:
The Asheville Luxury Cottages Rhododendron Retreat is situated in the West Asheville area, tucked into a private neighborhood, affording convenient access to hiking, biking, and restaurants, while providing space at home for everyone to relax and spread out. Available year-round via paved roads that do not require the use of 4-wheel drive.
You are just minutes from America's favorite scenic byway, The Blue Ridge Parkway, motorcycle touring, biking, hiking, white water rafting, rock climbing, kayaking, canoeing, zip lining, Segway tour … just about any outdoor activity!
It's a quick ride to downtown Asheville to enjoy the first-rate restaurants, shopping, galleries, spas, and entertainment. Or a short drive to downtown Hendersonville, with its many fine restaurants and attractions.
It's a 10-mile (15 minutes) drive to the Asheville Airport.
Accommodations:
The space offers 6 BR and 6 BA (2 x 1BR, 2 x 2BR cottages), each with a hot tub, a grill, and an electric fireplace. There are 6 king beds and 4 queen sleeper sofas. Six bathrooms offer tub/shower combos. The 2BR cottages have interior staircases.
The 1BR cottages are single level; however, they do have 2 or 3 stairs to access the main entry door.
Traveling with a smaller group? Each unit can also be rented separately or in any combination of 1-4 cabins.

Guest amenities include hot tub (4), grills (4), fireplaces (4), complimentary coffee and tea, complimentary Wi-Fi and YouTube TV, a washer/dryer, air conditioning, and parking for eight vehicles*.
*Rosewood and Laurel can accommodate 1 vehicle with a tow-behind trailer up to 25 ft. in length

*4-night minimum required for all holidays & special events. There is a 3-night minimum at all other times.

$600 Cleaning Fee - Our cleaning fees ensure we provide the highest level of service and cleanliness. We offer a welcoming environment for our guests and a level of cleanliness that surpasses many other vacation homes.

A Security camera monitors the entrance door of each cottage, and there is one camera on the fire pit. These are for your safety and security. Any signs of tampering or attempts to move or dismantle the devices are a violation of our house rules, which may result in eviction.
